    This sort of news is kinda bittersweet to me...
    I'll always be a fan of the "traditional" newspaper and so watching the medium unable to keep up upsets me.. but as someone who works with the online counterpart of the same, I can't help but feel a sense of pride at "my" medium emerging the victor

    This is pretty surprising news. Locally, I have heard that the Baltimore Sun was also owned by the Tribune. I'm not really a big fan of the sun, so any change is welcome.

    As internet media and tv media become more advanced/utilized I think this is the way that much print media will go.
